A HELMET IS A MUST HAVE!

A helmet is a necessary item to have with you on all of your rides and getting the right helmet that fits as well.

Sizing and Picking a Suitable Helmet, Measure your Head.

Determine the circumference of the widest part of your head using a tape measure. The widest part of your head is usually above the eyes and ears by 1” (2.5cm). This may be the widest part, but we still suggest that you measure above and below that point to make sure you’ve identified the widest area before referring to the sizing chart. No helmet can provide proper protection if is is to uncomfortable to wear.
Then, choose the right helmet size based on your measurements according to the chart below:

 

 

Small

 20" - 21.75"

 51cm - 55cm

 

Medium

21.75" - 23.25"

55cm - 59cm

Large

23.25" - 24.75"

59cm - 63cm

Extra Large

More Than 24.75"

More Than 63cm

*If you are on the border between two helmet sizes, we advise you to choose the smaller size.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT FIT

A helmet should always fit snugly, but not painfully tight. A helmet shouldn’t be able move around and should not lean towards the back of your head. A loose helmet is dangerous and can be FATAL. 

-IMPORTANT! Make sure the chin straps are securely fastened. If done correctly the helmet should not be able to be removed from your head.

-A helmet will only protect the area of the head that is covered by the helmet. 
-No helmet can protect the user against ALL possible or foreseeable impacts.
-For the best protection, the helmet must be well fitted with the chinstrap securely fastened. 
-Not complying to these instructions and the instructions printed on the helmet may result in severe injury or even DEATH.
